Directions to Glenanne Park

Travelling Northbound on the M50

1. Come off the M50 at the Ballymount/Cookstown exit (next exit after the "Templeogue/Tallaght exit")

2. As soon as you come up the slip road take a left, you are now driving up the Kingswood Road.

3.  Keep driving up this road until you come to a T junction (this is the 3rd set of lights (excluding pedestrian lights) that you will meet after leaving the M50)

4.  Take a right at the T junction, drive down this small road and you will pass the front of the Belgard Pub.

5.  Once again you come to a T junction, take a left here and you are now  driving up the hill at the side of the Belgard Pub.

6.   Keep driving up this hill and down the other side until you meet a set of traffic lights.

7.   Go right at the Traffic Lights.

8.   Keep driving and you will see the red bricked school on your right hand side at the corner of a junction. St Marks Community School.

9.  Turn right at the school and the schoolgates are immediately on your left.

10.  Drive around the back of the school and you will see the sports hall and our  pitch.

Also the Luas Red line runs very close to our pitch, the nearest station is only a 5/10 minute walk away. The nearest station is Cookstown and this station is located beside the roundabout that I describe in point no. 7 above, so once you get off the luas follow my directions from point no. 7.

Travelling Southbound on the M50

1. Come off the M50 at the Ballymount/Cookstown exit (next exit after the "Mad Cow")

2. As soon as you come up the slip road take a right crossing back over the  M50 (I think the sign says either Kingswood or Cookstown)

3.  Keep driving up this road until you come to a T junction (this is the 3rd set of lights that you will meet after crossing the M50)

4.  Take a right at the T junction, drive down this small road and you will pass the front of the Belgard Pub.

5.  Once again you come to a T junction, take a left here and you are now driving up the hill at the side of the Belgard Pub.

6.   Keep driving up this hill and down the other side until you meet a set of traffic lights.

7.   Go right at the traffic lights.

8.   Keep driving and you will see the red bricked school on your right hand side at the corner of a junction.

9.  Turn right at the school and the schoolgates are immediately on your left.

10.  Drive around the back of the school and you will see the sports and our pitch.

Directions (by luas)

Get the Luas to the Cookstown stop

When you get off the luas look back along the line and you will see a set of traffic lights.

At this set of traffic lights go left.

The school is about 10 minutes from these traffic lights (max.) it is on the right hand side and it is clearly marked.

The hockey pitch and sports hall is around the back of the school.
