Neville Cup Final
Please come out and support the men’s 1st team, as they chase a 3rd victory in as many years, in the Neville cup final.

Glenanne started the game well, and went 1.0 up through Michael McGuinness. The Glenanne forward line robbed the ball on the attacking 25 through Gary Shaw. He then found Eddie O’Malley on the baseline, who fed Mick for the goal.
The second came through the reverse stick of Eddie.
It was 3.0 at half time, as Gary received a pass from Joe Brennan and calmly finished from the edge of the circle.
YM had a little more fight in the second half and were rewarded with a goal from a low drag flick.
The two goal advantage was restored when Shane passed around the onrushing Ian Walker in goal, and left Eddie to run into an empty net.
YM once again responded through a drag flick for 4.2
Shane got on the score sheet himself, receiving a cross from Richie, and finishing over the goalkeepers glove from 7 yards.
Gary completed his brace after racing onto a through ball from Graham, rounding the goalkeeper and tucking hid finish into the bottom corner.
